Responding to Customer Emergencies

We understand downtime is expensive. We have and will go to great lengths to respond to an emergency by manufacturing needed components. We accomplish this through repairing used equipment, modifying new equipment that we have on hand as a temporary solution, or manufacturing new equipment as fast as possible. At times, emergency support has included hand-delivering a product halfway around the world to ensure speedy delivery.
Along with expedited equipment, we provide emergency engineering, modeling, and analysis support. We have these capabilities and resources in-house, which enable faster response times.
